1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any software, tools, indicators, or services (collectively, "Products") offered by TradeTools Pro ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, download, or use our Products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeTools Pro regarding your use of our Products and website.

2. Product License & Ownership

All Products sold on this website are software tools designed to assist with technical analysis and trade execution on MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platforms.

2.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal trading purposes only. You may install and activate the Product on up to three (3) trading accounts (real or demo) per license.

2.2 Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and source code, remain the exclusive property of TradeTools Pro. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, not ownership of the Product itself.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, lease, lend, or sublicense the Product to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Product.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Product.
• Use the Product to provide trading signals, managed account services, or any form of investment advice to others.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

3.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

3.2 Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing download instructions, installation guides, and your license activation key. Delivery is typically within minutes but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, you may request a full refund within this period.

4.1 Refund Conditions

• The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

• The 7-day period has expired.
• The license has been activated on more than one account without a valid reason.
• There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Updates & Support

All purchases include lifetime free updates for the specific Product version purchased. This means you will receive all future improvements, bug fixes, and feature enhancements at no additional cost.

5.1 Technical Support

We provide technical support via email for installation, activation, and general usage questions. Support response time is typically within 24-48 hours during business days. We do not provide trading strategy advice or market analysis.

5.2 Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. In the event of discontinuation, existing license holders will retain access to the final version of the Product and will not be entitled to a refund unless the Product becomes completely non-functional due to our actions.

6. User Conduct & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your license or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeTools Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or lost profits.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or business interruption.
• Any damages resulting from software bugs, errors, or downtime.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information or output generated by the Products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradeTools Pro is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Products after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
